Bringing the Latimer brand purpose to life
We originally had a brief from the marketing team to listen and learn and immerse ourselves into the Latimer brand. We immediately established a striking rapport with the Latimer people and the Latimer brand and focused our creative approach on delivering excellence, affordability with placemaking at its heart.
A successful launch is a critical point for every new brand and A&P were commissioned by Latimer to create a range of branded films and animated assets to launch the brand across multiple audiences.
Company and audience wide communications
The delivery programme was to roll out the brand communications through a series of films and video productions, aimed at raising awareness to drive sales, recruitment and land acquisition.
Telling the Latimer story has been a huge privilege. There are so many facts to celebrate about the brand – the ethos, the principles, the people, the commitment to excellence, working in great partnerships and delivering more at every level.
