Here at A&P we are now well beyond our 30-year milestone. We’ve taken time to reflect on our journey to this point, as an agency, with our work, and with our clients, some of which have been with us from the start.
In this fast-paced world, we are all guilty of looking for the next best thing. However, over the past few months we have looked back through our archives and found self-reflection to be a positive thing.
Self-reflection has not only has brought perspective, but also provided staff members the opportunity to learn and grow both professionally and personally.
At A&P HQ, we are proud to have fostered long lasting relationships with many of our clients. Over the years, we have invested in ‘Know How’ experts with versatile skills who have delivered success for our clients.
We think it’s great for employees to have access to an archive of projects to understand the challenges that were overcome, bringing pride and purpose to what we do now and in the future.
To test this concept of self-reflection we conducted an experiment across our social channels. We reflected on our journey over the past 30+ years using a timeline to look back at key milestones and client work. These archive snapshots saw a 150% increase in click throughs, in addition to a 436% increase of engagement across all social platforms. We saw staff past and present alongside clients, talking about our work and sharing our posts.
Walking through the history of A&P has been an incredibly valuable task.
